I have the hardcover copy of NH for Phil's family. I am going to sign it and mail it out. Please respond to this post if you are committed to signing it and mailing it back out in a timely manner.

If your address has changed since you submitted to NH, or if I do not have your address please email it to me.

We will then track its progress across the globe.
