Too cool, hopefully by my Texan DNA doesn't freak out due to a weather change.
"What? It's not 100 degrees? I don't understand, where did the sun go?!"

Hi Tim,
I'm working on a souped-up myth of the Sirens that takes place in Verplanck, New York. It's on the Hudson near Cordstadt. Does this qualify as New England? It's kinda like New Netherlands. _________________ Efraim Z. Graves

Hmmmmm...
Yes, I am not going to split hairs over that one. In some circles upstate NY is considered New England.
However, we are focusing on:
Rhode island, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
Thanks Jim, I cannot wait to read it. _________________ Tim Deal

Well, I can always have the story end up in Connecticut or some other state. When I write I never like to know where I'll end up, as I will never be able to startle myself.
I found out yesterday that I'm shortlisted at Midnight Horror with my short story, "The Web of Love." I think I may have multi-subbed to you, Tim. If it's accepted, then I'll let you know. _________________ Efraim Z. Graves

One of the best covers I've seen on an anthology. It really sets me into the Poe/Melville/Hawthorne mood. Yikes, is that a witch behind the tree! _________________ Efraim Z. Graves

Kick-ass cover! I finished the rough draft for my story, just need to go over the edits my better-half made and see if I need to tweak anything else. Nothing like having my own little editor sleeping next to me at night

I sent in an upstate NY myself. Stupid midwesterner.

| That is awesome. I'm really hoping one of my stories gets to be part of that.

I will be happy to submit something. I have lost everyone on my father's side of my family to cancer. I like that authors have the option to donate their stories, I know that is what I want to do...I just hope you like it.
Well, I'd better get started!
