I can't believe we got over 50 submission on such short notice. This really was a last minute idea and everyone delivered, thank you all so much.

We were unable to choose just one winner, so there is a tie for First Place! The two winners are going to have to share the T-Shirt and Anthology.

Okay, after being struck in the head by my editor, I have decided that each First Place Winner will get their own T-Shirt and Abominations Anthology :). Both winners, please email me your T-Shirt Size and mailing address to: editor@necrotictissue.com along with a bio from 1-100 words.

The First Place winners are:

Jeanne TGC

Necrophilia
Victimless crime or horror?
Only corpse can say

Phil Kuhlman

I had to kill them
to silence all the voices
but now I'm lonely

Because there were so many great Haiku's, there are also four honorable mentions:

Natalie L. Sin

Cannibals puking
So much for human sushi
Next time salmon rolls

Sheldon S. Higdon

Two Horror Masters
Romero and Argento
Keep the Films Rolling

shadow_ferret

Black shadow moving
out of the dark like a fog
Sweet! Count Chocula

Barry Napier

Pumpkins hollowed out
the moist insides torn away
Oops, that's no pumpkin

Thanks again for all of the great responses, the the October Double Sized Monster issue is going to be legendary.

Scott...

Thanks and cograts to all! It's really an honor to have co-won against what I personally thought was a really strong field of entries. :D

Just sit back and wait for the October issue to come out, your names will be listed along with your Haiku
